Last minute arrivals will normally be accepted at any event, but if you are keen to come along on trips involving bus hire (excepting Runabouts where a 40+ seater coach is always available) please try to advise Brian at least a couple of weeks in advance so that a suitable size bus can be hired and which will guarantee your place.

Firstly, instead of going to the Wood St roundabout and then down New London Rd to Parkway, we will if required go down Westway as far as Writtle Rd, then turn right into Writtle Rd and then left into New London Rd.

Secondly, if needed we will turn off Broomfield Rd onto Patching Hall Lane, travel down to the junction with Oliver Way and return back up Patching Hall Lane to Broomfield Rd.

Wednesday 17th February	Branch Meeting at The White Hart, Margaretting Tye Bus fare £5 members, £6 non-members. Depart from opp. Railway Stn at around 8pm. TO REDUCE BUS SUBSIDIES WE WILL TRAVEL TO THIS MEETING BY TAXIBUS - PLEASE ARRIVE OPPOSITE THE STATION BY 7.55PM SO THAT WE CAN PHONE FOR ENOUGH SEATS TO COVER US. THERE WILL THEREFORE BE NO DROPOFF CIRCUIT.
